We will only use your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice based on the performance on a contract to which the data subject is party in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Through this Notice, it is understood that you are providing your consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms set forth in this Privacy Notice.
Who will your personal information be shared with?
Within GroupM, your personal data is shared only with those departments and staff who need access for the processing purposes set out above. We may share some of the information with external organisations providing services for the GroupM, Third Party suppliers for purposes such as CRM providers for lawful purpose.
How long is your personal data kept?
This information is stored as long as the respective user account is active, and the deletion of the user account has not been requested. We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a compliant or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
Third Parties
We share personal data with carefully and by lawful purpose with selected service providers (e.g. Hosting, CRM,etc.). We have entered into agreements with these service providers, each of which is intended to ensure a similar level of data protection as that provided by GroupM itself.
Your rights in relation to your data
Data Subject Rights of individuals in the EEA and Switzerland:You have the right to access, update, change, delete, restrict the use of, or obtain a copy of your Personal Data in an easily readable format. In certain circumstances, you may also request that GroupM transfer your Personal Data to a third party, and the right to object to its use for marketing purposes. Data Subject Rights of individuals in India: The rights of Indian individuals shall be governed by the applicable laws pertaining to the subject matter.
